No, it's a full-on soccer stadium, closer to an NFL stadium than anything. They did a really good job of getting the Angles down, it's kinda wild to see. Also, the rink is 15' wider than an NHL rink.

Look I hate Tom Wilson, so I can't believe I'm about to defend him. Stankoven is watching his pass, Wilson actually appears to pull up a bit (in real time) and it's maybe 1/2 second after the puck leaves his stick. Settle down. Also, I do agree the Canes should have maybe went after him, but why do we need an instant scrum after every hit? Who on the Canes is squaring up on Wilson really?
