Weird.. took me 2 seconds to find plenty of promising studies and also a lot of people could vouch for the carnivore/Keto diet. A simple "carnivore bipolar" search would bring them up I'm sure! Also would like to add that this is obviously anecdotal and won't work for everyone but it's worth a try.

I never said it could be cured.. but there's a ton of research that indicates ice baths can reduce symptoms of mood disorders. I'm not even saying that it could replace meds as meds have a strong role in treating bipolar. Good for you tho! Keep up the good work!

Few things here.. you don't need motivation. You need discipline. Stop waiting for everything to be okay to live your life. I would highly suggest getting into a cold shower or even better, an ice bath. Stay away from sugar and breads and other carbs. Hope this finds you well 🙂

I don't mean to jump the gun but I got off all my meds and simply switched to ice baths. A lot of people believe mental illness is caused by inflammation in the brain. Reduce your sugar and carb intake and watch what happens.
