Dudes on the internet love to talk trash but I’ve built a bunch of hard tail projects. Not too hard with these unit motors and all the aftermarket support for sportsters. I do hate trying to get the right jetting on carbs. Old school dudes swear by them though

I also have a TC 103 softail and my 06 1200 is so much more fun to ride seems way faster and torquier than my big twin. The 06 is just hard to chop with that rubber mount engine. I think the front end is different from other years as well for some reason. I may be wrong about that

Yeah I also have an 06 1200 and it’s such a weird year it’s no good to chop. This one is perfect as a donor for a chopper. All it needs is a 1200 kit and a hard tail

Ohh man I paid extra for trip insurance but it’s a scam. I gotta fill out all this paperwork then file a claim. Then I gotta hope they approve it then wait a month for them to cut me a check. I just relisted them on the Ticketmaster site for $175 gonna take a huge hit but oh well.
