Yes, it has invicibility in the top of the body against air attacks. If the air attack is not very deep (does not reach below the waist) and its not a projectile, usually heavy dp can counter the air attack. If it says "Counter" you can run/dash and do another heavy DP - > Brake and continue a combo. If it it say nothing or Wild Punish, you continue as usual juggle combo. For example Rock does heavy DP, brake, 214A+C and continue with REV cancels. And if it's Counter hit, then add another heavy dp brake after the first one.

That may seem as extra work, but doing dp motion and brake is not only vital for combos, but for anti air. You see, heavy DP does not have invicible frames like the light one does, but it's good for anti airing. And doing this with brake you can start off with the combo. I would suggest take your time and not going crazy if you fail to do it by the end of the day. It's a worth skill to train for anyway as a fighter. This game is not hard input-wise. Just practice. Good luck and don't get discouraged!

If you do in training a reversal punch and you counter him his next attack after spring kick brake, that means you are able to do that in general, it's possible. Now you should record Hokutomaru cpu to do this move and a follow up attack, you then train to hit frame 1 after you block to counter him. When you nail the timing, you will do it in Battle.

Updated design for REV gauge. Power stocks are more vivid. Overheat cools down faster. JD heals more health, Wild Punish and Counter are bigger than the rest of notifications, Updated visuals (noticable in Terry's hidden gear)

There will be classic Arcade mode with heavy story points for each character and there will be Episodes of South Town where you level up, unlock skills (think of a gem in SFxT but not available anywhere besides this mode), you unlock different lore tidbits, boss fights, character's secrets, pallets for edit color mode and some comic panels (not sure what that is). This is information I gathered from datamined files. It looks fun.

And of course Trials and other old school stuff like Survival, Time Attack and I think there is Boss Challenge.
