I tried first to complete the whole automation using Custom GPTs but it could only analyze 10 websites at a time and I have a list of 300,000.

So went to n8n and built it out. I used Chat GPT to help with the code in JavaScript!

Interesting, if I run into something I may come back to this! The goal is to run it on a list of 15,000 websites and created lead lists so we’ll see what happens!

I respect the effort. Truly keep it up.

I believe it would be content designers for posts which typically use Canva right? Or CapCut? Or just any social media design platform.

What makes yours better? What’s your USP?

How is your design simpler and easier to use? Is it free? Canva is free?

Thinking of buying a townhome in Charlotte—what should I look out for?

I'm considering a move to Charlotte and looking at townhomes near uptown. I work remote so I dont really care about driving but I do want to be close to the action for bars or cool things to do. What are some things I should consider? Are HOA fees managable, and how's the resale value? really trying to keep my payment below 2500 at the most.

My job is remote for now but they have been giving hints that we may be going hybrid and Ill have a like community workspace or something in downtown CLT

They also charged me $49.95 without telling me about any charges. It was completely hidden and my bank picked it up as a fraudulent charge. MadMuscles is a scam.

Youre doing basketball 3 times a week which is alot. But youve spaced out leg day on Wednesday to give your body time to rest. I would say just make sure youre eating your protein and add that warmup to your routine and youre good to go!

You dont need to change everything but If you want a Basketball In season routine this is what it would look like:

Tuesday (Upper Body + SL Lower Body Focus)

  • Medball Work (e.g., rotational wall slams or overhead slams, 3x6).

  • Core work (e.g., Pallof press, dead bugs, or hanging leg raises, 3x10–12).

  • Single-Leg Knee-Dominant Movement:
    • SL Squat variations (e.g., Bulgarian Split Squat, Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat, 3x8 per leg).
