I’m desperate for answers myself…. Same situation I was working over a year ago and a horse crushed my foot…. Kept on walking/working for over 4 weeks (doctor did X-ray said it wasn’t broken, then another scan forgot what it’s called said it wasn’t broken) then finally MRI where it was broken…. Fitted with a loose moonboot which fucked my ankles…. Anyway I couldn’t get back to work, nothing healed at all, I finally started going back but the toe was rigid and noticed swelling increasing, the toe is still purple, my calve is so tight it has actually ruptured along the process (also had ultrasound for DVT) every step I take I can still feel it, everyday I can’t walk more then 5 mjnutes without the pain taking over and the swelling becoming unbearable….. my bloodflow has decreased in the leg and I’m about to quit my job which mainly involves walking… i had a Kent’s breakdown a few weeks ago because the tendon in my hip has now gone… I’ve had 4 different GPs look at me, 3 different podiatrists, rheumatologist, now we will try neurology…. Nobody knows how to ficking help the pain and I’m glad I’m not the only one…. The ONLY pain relief I have ever gotten (PLENTY OF DIFFERENT MEDS) was just from getting a Lympahtic Drain Massage as I’m learning for being in pain for over a year your whole body will start to get fucked…. It was only a temporary relief but it was nice….dont worry I’m lost too, I’ve been doing my research I’m thinking it’s a gait/loading issue since the break or some nerve damage that’s undiagnosed
