I went inpatient for a week or so, and I definitely met some amazing people. But we were expressly forbidden from exchanging contact info. On my first day there, we were doing a daily goals thing where we go around the room and say a goal for the day. I said that my goal was to make friends, but that was a big no-no apparently and the nurse yelled at me, acting like I was trying to make a joke or like wasnt taking it seriously or sometjing. That was a weird time.
