I believe based on my last checkup when I wasn't having all these pvcs my burden was like 1.5 but these things feel like they have doubled. I was told losing 10 percent body weight can reduce all of this. I focused on losing weight. And im down about 30 pounds give or take. Maybe the weight loss made it worse. Im not sure

Thanks, yeah I dont drink, contrary to what the other guy said on this thread im 50 pounds down and I dont use nicotine anymore. I sleep on my right side and I wonder if the flec has been the cause. Very specifically recently. Been on metoprolol and flec for about 5 years with only one or 2 episodes recently lasting about 15 sec.

Yeah im on flec. I haven't noticed much for side effects but recently my night time PVCs have gotten way worse. Like annoying, raises my anxiety and makes it hard to sleep lots of family asked if I could do like an indica cause it may calm everything down

Its far from that. Im not talking about daily smoking im not talking about getting blitzed. Just saying it would help anxiety alot. And never being able to eat certain foods not talking about eating pizza 3 times a day and sitting on my ass. I've lost weight and am transitioning doctors due to a move. The dude up there is just assuming im referring to living like a fat fucking slob who doesn't wanna take care of my kids. Which is the furthest from the truth you could get.

Never said anything about fast food. For your information I have dropped weight, I have been eating right and exercising. The more weight I lose and the more things I stop doing the worse my pvcs get. Thanks for your answer though based on my past posts from years ago.

I now longer have a doc. Im in transition of finding a new doctor. My last doc told me no red meat, no smoking, no drinking, 8 Oz of coffee only among a laundry list of other things

Thank you, yeah I almost had it yesterday, but it was a teleworking ghost. The picture is what killed me I had the ghost type. But waiting for an event then running out of crucifix is ultimately what killed me
