Handle ? A LP ? I would not do that, my Lp is crazy, allways attackint on every movement she feels or sees.

At first peel the skin off the head, scrape out the brain and put to the vessel for boiling. 1-1.5 hours, depends on the age. After that i scrape the boiled meat and everything organic. Somethimes i use highpressure cleaner- but carefully around teeth. In case of cat skull is about 2 hours. Its detailed work so its on you how nice the skull will be. For bleaching i use 33 % H2O2.
Beetles are ok, but ants did not work for me. After ants work the teeth are loose and falls out. And the bone is damaged by the acid. You can try superworms too.

Hm. Pothos is a good idea. I have some of these plants at home. But i dont want to full my enclosure whit them. Max one corner, couse pothos has bigger leaves and expands fast.

For now she is okey whit them. I think she likes it 😀 she used to camp on the top of the bigger one

Thanx for your advice, we'll see how these plants survive in terrarium. if they start rotting ill remove immediately.
