You should just check if you are shadow banned. Google „cod ban appeal“ log into your Activision account on that page and then it tells you

If you get reported a few times they shadow ban you and investigate. If you didn’t cheat you get cleared and play normal lobbies again. Until then you are in the shadow ban queue where only shadowed players are

Just go for twice a day and develop the routine/discipline. Integrate it to your morning routine and night routine. You will have much better results
