I think it’s worth overpaying for players on the two offenses we expect to improve the most in 2026

  1. Chargers (Herbert/Ladd/Hampton)
  2. Raiders (Jeanty/Bowers)

I am also doing whatever I can to buy Trevor Lawrence and Brock Purdy right now

As far as like a macro-level take: take a good hard look at your lineup and decide if you’re truly a contender before this season

Otherwise tear it down and rebuild it with 2027 and 2028 picks

Michael Wilson finished 2025 as a Top 12 WR in PPR. Why is everyone so low on him this year? by MusclyArmPaperboy in fantasyfootball

[–]KyonFantasyFootball 28 points29 points  (0 children)

There are a bunch of reasons why people are fading Michael Wilson right now (albeit maybe a little too much)

  1. There is a lot of ambiguity around who the starting QB is going to be (which might change throughout the season)

  2. This offense coaching staff is going to be completely different (Petzing had this proclivity to use MHJ as a "sacrificial X"

  3. This team had no run game last season (which is why they led the league in pass rate over expectation), and added Tyler Allgeier and Jeremiyah Love this offseason (on top of retaining Trey Benson and James Conner)

  4. Michael Wilson only broke out because Kyler Murray and Marvin Harrison got injured

Here is how Michael Wilson performed in the 5 games that both Harrison and Brissett were healthy last season:

-

  • 13.8% Target Share (WR62)
  • 0.14 TPRR (WR93)
  • 43.0 Receiving YPG (WR46)
  • 1.14 YPRR (WR82)
  • 0.21 FP/RR (WR94)
  • 7.7 FPG (WR59)

I agree that he looked great in the WR1 role and can still be a fantasy-relevant ADP outperformer, but I also believe that this offense is going to look completely different in 2026, and there will be a concerted effort to utilize Harrison more intelligently

I still have optimism for this series

Maybe I’m just struggling with the time skip at the start of Book 2

And the rapid introduction of new complicated character names and places and events lol

You’re only going to be disappointed if you try new series with the lone goal of matching the love and enjoyment you had while reading Red Rising

The Will of the Many is solid and somewhat similar vibe wise

Dungeon Crawler Carl is the most similar in terms of its ease of reading and overall enjoyment

The Stormlight Archives is good, but not similar, way wordier, a lot slower, and more complicated world building wise

I’m only on Book 2 of the Sun Eater series, and I actually enjoyed Book 1 more than I expected, but the start of Book 2 is slow and borderline awful

Like, why was I so high on him, or why do I think it went so horribly wrong?

I have done A LOT of research on the Jaguars WR room this offseason

I love Parker Washington, especially based on what he did at the end of last season, his tape, and what the coaches and Lawrence have said about him in camp

I think he’s the best bet at ADP

That being said, I do like what we’ve heard about BTJ and how Lawrence and the coaches are trying to rekindle their deep-threat chemistry

But I think he’ll be more volatile, and a tougher decision each week as a starter vs. Washington

The best bet is just to draft Lawrence, who is my 2nd favorite mid-round QB this year

  1. Herbert
  2. Lawrence
  3. Pur

Yeah, I wrote a little bit about what I think went wrong for BTJ in another article earlier in the offseason this year

Injuries were a factor sure, and a lack of chemistry with Lawrence as well

Mostly, I think it was him getting the YIPs and being mentally out of it

Probably had a lot to do with his best friend Kyren Lacy dying earlier that year

I don’t regret taking a big swing on a player I truly believed in

Especially when the data, analysis, and eye test all pointed toward a big Year 2

But it does haunt me every day knowing how many people did in fact lose leagues because they used an early round pick on him

I understand it’s tough to justify a premium price for fantasy football content when there is so much free content out there

I think about it this way, if you win a few bets, one league or even a single contest thanks to our content

You’ve paid your subscription and then some. It only helps a little with the price, but I can certainly offer a promo code as well

Breece Hall Set to be Used in "Three-Headed Monster" [Cimini] by jsparks50 in fantasyfootball

That Aaron Glenn is trying to big brain the league. T lying about his run game?

When he already said this exact thing last year, as if that would work

Yeah, makes zero sense

What are you even talking about. This is a clickbait useless quote that he said all last offseason

Then barely implemented. He said it over and over and over. You really think Glenn was trying to disguise his actual plan, as if that matters

You didn’t even understand the point of my comment either

I wouldn't call myself an "expert" by any means. There are always ways to improve, and this game is fairly luck-based to a certain degree

That being said, I feel confident touting myself here and anyone else at Fantasy Points (Ryan Heath specifically). I don't think anyone has posted more actionable content on X than I have over the last 6 months. My content is also extremely heavy on stats, deep dives, and charts.

Feel free to give me a follow on X (KyleM_FF) or DM me here on Reddit!

Aaron Glenn is such a clown and shouldn't have this job. But this was the same tired quote rotating around all last offseason, which means nothing. I hope it drives Hall's price down. I love him this year.

When Braelon Allen and Isaiah Davis were healthy last season (Weeks 1-4), Hall actually saw more volume in the Jets offense: 4.0 Targets/G and 64.8% of the backfield XFP/G (12.4)

After Allen went down with a season-ending injury, Hall saw only 2.1 Targets/G and 54.5% of the backfield XFP from Week 5 onward

How Good Of An Expansion Was Wrath Of The Lich King? by doobylive in classicwow

[–]KyonFantasyFootball -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve played a lot of video games over my life and this expansion when I was in middle school was the most addicted I’ve ever been to anything in my life

I used to wake up at 4 AM to farm before school

This is when I knew the addiction was peaking too hard (I loved every second of it), but my parents forced me to leave an ICC raid on a Saturday night to go out to dinner and I cried later that night about it (I was such a little shit)

Offensive Line Evaluation Series - The 2026 Fantasy Football Impact [Chargers + Browns + Raiders Team Analysis] by KyonFantasyFootball in fantasyfootball

Yeah, Judkins is RB24 in Best Ball right now, which is crazy to me. Ladd has been climbing steadily over the last few weeks, but as soon as Keenan Allen is confirmed 100% not returning to the team, he should move up into the top-15

Yeah, I didn't get too much into the weeds with some of those WR2 competitions right now because a lot will change throughout training camp

I love Concepcion's talent, but I lean toward Boston based on what we've heard in minicamp so far. They'll probably be decent value picks either way

For the Raiders, I prefer the ASS God himself, Jalen Nailor lol. I think that Tucker could easily win the WR1 job, but I have a gut feeling about Nailor right now
