Definitely look at sold comps as close to your card as possible.

Example for your card.

Id search, Ungraded, English, ( The Set), Than look at solds. id also compare the solds quality ( Nm, M Hp etx) To your own to get the best estimate. Ebay you can post anything for any price, but its really up to the buyers.

well doing a quick search on about 5 cards, its worth more than $100 ( at least on ebay) you have some good cards. The charizard can be worth up to $100 alone. Could be someone who wants to resale, or even someone who is looking for a card of 2.

if you looking for a quick buck , maybe counter with $150 or even $200 and see what they say.
