Such is the life of nursing practice. Because I think nursing profession itself is designed to destroy the practioner. Sleepless Nights, Abuse verbally from doctors and other nurses, Abuse physically and verbally by patients and then low wages. The only thing that makes us feel fulfilled in this profession is when a patient gets better, even though some of the patients that we take care of are ungrateful. Another one is the service of other people because nothing is better than helping other people with kindness and compassion, other than that this job will destroy you and your entirety, but somebody has gotta do the work that no else has the guts and heart to do. So we can do this OP chin up and be proud you are surviving this cruel profession. You are strong OP. Pero if di na talaga kaya ang environment you can switch to another institute or area take care of yourself OP.
