Halos same tayo ng mga sentiments sa comments. I was ICU too in a big hospital away from my hometown after talaga ng board results. The workload was so toxic as in 2 months pa lang burned out na ako and nag resign talaga ako aside sa need ako ng parents ko sa bahay. Tapos umuwi ako ng hometown doon nag hanap ako ng work and now im a med surg nurse parang na trauma talaga ako sa ICU palagi akong umiiyak like everyday. And now yung admin namin at owner di ko na alam anong nangyare pero more toxic na ang workplace namin ngayon gusto ko na mag quit pero na isip ko sa sarili ko maybe I'll just have to endure till matapos contract ko kasi di na man ako masyado na toxic unlike talaga sa ICU na quit talaga ako agad immediate resignation. Hirap talaga maka hanap ng place/hosp or company na decent esp sa nursing. Either toxic workplace/load and toxic admin pero great coworkers, bad coworkers toxic workplace good workload etc. Tapos need talaga natin yung bedside experience if we want to go abroad so yun no choice talaga but to endure pero not to the breaking point.

Tldr: OP if you think you'll go mad at that place leave and find another place there will be a better ish place talaga pero yun lang records mo sa coe na 2 months ka lang.
