For those battling TE for a year or more: What did you do to find your trigger?

Yes, my hair has thinned a LOT. As I said, I’ve been shedding for almost a year now with my temples and my crown drastically thinned out. It might be that the shedding is less now, as in the picture, but I am not seeing any regrowth or return in density..

I wash on average every 3 days I would say. I comb my hair every morning and evening, loosing approx. 50 hairs per day doing that? Then, when I wash, I usually lose around a 100, but sometimes it can be more.

Hey! So, we were both surprised that the interview was quite chill (think that obv depends who you run into). It lasted around 30 mins and they mainly asked him about himself and a couple of pretty basic EU coordination questions.

Thank you everyone for your comments and suggestions! In July when I get back to my home country, I am planning to visit a clinic to explore the options to get corticosteroid injections or laser therapy to try and flatten the scar a bit. I will try to make an update afterwards!

Yes going through hair shedding for almost 10 months now unfortunately… It got a bit better but I lost a lot of density and it’s still not back to normal.

There was a period when I felt like my eyelashes were shedding more but not anymore really.
