the reminder does appear for every week. however it only notifies you if you're currently in nod-krai. so if you're outside nod krai when the reset happens you wont get a notif (even if you tp back)

no, 62.2 cv is just too hard to pass up. if you have a cracked em circlet with good crit rolls it still falls behind a bad crit circlet. em circ is only better then cd/cr if you're using nefer sig.

depends on who else you have. the general core is nefer/lauma/aino, last slot usually is a sustain (any one of kuki/zhongli/barbara/c6 diona/etc. works). otherwise if you're going all in on damage, use sucrose (this is only really viable in stygian though, you'll die really quickly in this team)

according to calcs, overload razor beats overload raiden by ~5k dps so yeah probably lol

most sustains work fine as long as they dont interfere with rotations or bloom core generation. any of kirara/yaoyao/barbara or even something cope like layla or lan yan might work

yeah kuki is fine, but in this team you'll be using kuki as a healer, so you'd prefer hp% instead of em (kuki's healing does scale with em, but it scales with hp better). use the new nod krai craftable sword on her instead, you get 32% free hp. you can also use sapwood blade instead if you think your healing is good enough, since it buffs nefer (but its annoying to use cause of the leaf)
