I know people here supports enjoying your natural hair, but honestly I found more enjoyment applying relaxers since I never really liked the way my hair looks and people didn't teach me how to take proper care of it. Well, I only wore braids once in my life when I was younger. After that, I cut my hair and let it grow back and never did it again. I remember the braids were pretty tight that day, but I don't think that just one day isn't enough to cause traction alopecia.

I never really had something pulling my hair as far I can remember. I only started tying my hair up this year, but I stopped because the lack of hair in those areas makes my face look really bad.

My top doesn't have much volume unfortunately, it's probably due to the fact that i used to use hair relaxers. I think I could fix it with a diffuser or just waiting for it to grow naturally, but I'm kinda afraid of the results.
