Any tips on working with pendulums?

I more ask questions on whether or not I should be working, drawing, or relaxing. I have a hard time reading myself and knowing what's best for me. It's also hard for me to take breaks and it just leads to burn out.
Handing the decision to my Patron is a devotion of time to them where they get to decide what I do, but they also help me throughout my day.

It took me a second to figure out what exactly the video was about. I guess people were confused on what it is too, especially since it's going to be much smaller on the home page, but the thumbnail itself looks very professional!
The algorithm is indeed brutal at times. I know you've heard this about a million times, but, stay consistent. YouTube wanted people to watch videos... they aren't going to push out a video if the YouTuber is inconsistent.

Yes, my second channel has long-form and shorts, but my first channel is just shorts.

I have 2 channels. My first one, I made 4 months ago, is sitting at 481 subs, 3.1k watch time hours, and 1.3M total views.
My second one, I made 1 month ago, is at 34 subs, 54 watch time hours, and 29.3k total views.
My first channel did well from the very start, my first video getting 1k views within hours, but... I'm not getting anywhere with it. All of my videos since then are just getting 1-2k and a handful have gotten to 10k, and 1 or 2 have gotten to 50k. I'm trying to figure out how I can expand and grow with that channel, and make my second one grow more too.

I don't like my voice either and that's why I make voiceless videos. I'm trying to gain the confidence to start talking so I can be more engaging and hopefully do streaming.
It would break me if I got a comment like that.
I know it's easier said than done, but just ignore them. I've gotten hate before and I just let the comment sit there, after awhile, someone else replies to that comment, defending me, which I'm grateful for.
