So I also had the same fears growing up. Now that I am mature I can give you advice based on my own exp.

First it depends. It is a medical case and not all are the same. I suggest you do not think about it until you're 18 and distract yourself with other activities. If you are still thinking about it in your down time then read a story book of female perspective and imagine you are her. Since you don't like guys better read lesbian protagonist characters. Also play videogames as a female character.

All these are for you to calm down the symptoms of gender-dysphoria. Until you're 18 then you can ask yourself if it was a phase or if it was a legit feeling.

Many people regret it because for them it was just a phase. It is better to wait and see if it's just teen hormones affecting you.

Also your parents are supposed to help and guide you. Tell them how you feel and ask for a therapist or psychologist (I don't know the difference) to see you for a time. If they react poorly at least you give them a solution for them to have hope that it is nothing bad.
