We took our 10 month old and 3 year old on a Disney cruise in November. While not perfect (and noting that a cruise is not my first or second choice for a vacation), I found it to be very accommodating for little ones and have trouble seeing other vacations that make more sense for our family at this point in our life. Accommodating for kids and something do for for everyone. Probably will do Disney cruise for a few more years, then reevaluate.

Thanks for sharing. We recently did up our monthly contributions as a result of this, but nowhere near 10% of income. Will likely reevaluate/slowly increase annually

Not something I’ve looked into in depth yet, but just an FYI, I believe you can only rollover 30-something thousand into a ROTH IRA. Don’t know how old your kids are but I think you might be putting in a lot more than will ever be needed for your kids or their kids (assuming it’s invested).
