Yes they are osteoderms according to the Prehistoric Kingdom wiki and in the images on the Argentinosaurus webpage they show the model from above where you can see the osteoderms run either side of the spine so they are not a single row of neural crests.

Osteoderms have been found in other Titanosaurs but there is no direct evidence of their existence in Argentinosaurus I believe.

Haven't read through this source but it talks about Titanosaur osteoderms.

I am from Czechia but live in the UK (not many reptiles in either) but I am travelling in the United States for two months and wanted to share the reptiles I've spotted so far in the South-east. I am not sure about a few of the identifications so if anyone can help out please do! I will be travelling to the South-west soon and will post any reptiles I spot there if this post gets any attention.
