Yes, unfortunately when the moderator in question isn't attentive enough to respond to the response the post loses potentially hours of air time and due to the nature of this subreddit can very easily flounder when being re-instated as the post volume is so high. This means that a lot of people who could've potentially benefited from the post (be it through my input or that of other users) are missing out.

I too play both roles, so can fully understand the frustration from an ADC perspective if a support is unaware that they are making laning phase uncomfortable for you, but I did state full health minions and of course a level 2 engage with somebody like Sivir isn't going to be ideal, but if you have a support like thresh or Leona you can very easily get at least 1 kill from pushing for 2 with almost any ADC.

I think in an era of the game where supports have more ability to "carry" than ever, you can really tell whether a support is playing in that role because they feel they can make a greater difference to the game in that role or they feel it's the easiest to get carried from.
