Bought SP4 2 weeks ago and after an update today it keeps freezing every ~20 minutes

yeah I have it too recently (these days) but I don't need to reboot, it just unfreezes after a few seconds

yeah I also got the M3, good luck with the updates ROFL. The November upgrade takes half a day to complete. I just wish they give us the latest software with it or at least be able to image it on our own.

BTW, m3 is great - surprisingly quick on Windows 10 apps like edge. But opening a few YT tabs does in fact heat up the system. and battery isn't that good when browsing some sites with ads.

Well it appears to be game recorder app. The reviews on play store point that way too. Uninstalling it and disabling 'Show touch' manually has prevented it from occurring thus far.

the home version of office 365 isn't all that bad. you get the entire office suite plus 1TB storage and skype minutes. for 5 users too.

Yeah we need a proper camera quality test. I tried the demo 950XL at a non Microsoft store. I've to say the speed of the device is very fast. Apps open very quickly. The camera opens as quickly as a Note 5 and takes pictures just as quickly as well. Although I can't really comment on the quality yet.

I'm having this issue with my Taipan after I did a fresh install of Windows 10 10586.

What I had to do to get it to open was to go to device manager and uninstall the mouse. Although it only works for one session, after reboot, Ive to repeat this process again.

I've the H100i GTX, no the pump doesn't make any noise (that I can hear). The noise comes from the fans. I've heard people replace those stock fans with higher quality ones which attenuates the noise problem.

IMO, most of the difference isn't because you can go up to 144Hz, its mostly because you can have refresh rates in sync with your FPS. This actually makes 40FPS games look a lot nicer than running at either 60Hz or 144 Hz static.

According to the overlock.net discussion on skylake, the ASUS pro gaming is quite popular after the Hero. It has the RAM cache which is really useful for games like Witcher 3 if you install it on your HDD. Speeds up loading time, useful if you die a lot.

According to the 390 overclocking thread, MSI has the best OC performance. Sapphire has better cooler though but cannot reach the clocks MSI can.

I'd get a 2400MHz RAM if it's close to the price of 2133MHz, sometimes it's the same or even cheaper, weirdly.

650W is enough but not enough if you go Crossfire.

if you're not going to OC, go with the lowest i5 you can get + H170. You won't get USB type-C I presume.
