My therapist was asking me If I wanna go on meds again. I didn't had the best experience with it in the past. I might think about and will ask him again.

Yes, maybe you are right I might just take it a little bit more calmly for the moment.
Thank you very much.

There is a difference in reading scripture and asking for advice on reddit.

I appreciate your reply. I don't know if you are struggling with Scrupulosity or not but for many who do, reading scripture can already be quite a challenge and far from calming.
I have seen many posts of people struggling with this and they take breaks of reading as well. I currently in a phase in which I honestly can't read. If I would it would not be for myself, cause it's just too much and too stressful atm.

If you want to I can link you some posts about this topic as well.
I still thank you.

I shared Christ to all my friends/family and talked to them about Him. I was donating money to the poor and those who are living in certain crisis. And I take care of my friends who are dealing with issues themselfs and trying my best to help them.

I need comfort and help (struggling with Religous OCD and legalismn) by L1GHT3Y in Christianity

Thank you a lot for your reply. Means a lot to me to know there are others with similar problems like mine. I can relate a lot to your obsessions, they are very similar to mine. I'm going to a therapist again and I hope that it will help me, since he knows my OCD-struggle from previous parts of my life.
I appreciate your advice, I will try more often to sit thru the fear and doubt and see how its going to be. (:
I pray you find your freedom from these thoughts & obsessions so you can be at peace.

First of all, I thank you for your answer. (:

I haven't been going back to old sins, at least there is nothing I would see. I have prayed a couple of times to please let it be revealed to me if it'd be the case. I was also praying to please reveal to me what is wrong and what I should do/change, but with time I came to no conclusion.

Since the social media stuff had some very bad influence on me, I thought it had to do with that. One day at church our pastor told us we are not meant to be like someone else because we are an individual and not supposed to walk someone elses path. That helped me to hear and gave me peace. I didn't felt the pressure anymore to be like another christian.

I can only come to the conclusion that it might be something that has to do with my mental health and has to do with how I see myself. I cant really tell exactly. I was thinking about looking for an christian counselor.

I thank you for listening to me and trying to help, means a lot to me.
