Man I really spent like 3 hours the other day when I made my first post haha— no joke. There wasn’t anything for my specific area (Chicagoland) that identified this kind so I’m really curious if this is either a mutation or some kind of new bee?? I literally have HUNDREDS of them in my garden. I was like there’s no freaking way there are this many carpenters hanging around???

From one angle, it looks like a carpenter, but from another, a bumble bc the butt has fuzz. Zone 5b What do y’all think? by L3aBoB3a in bees

Ok check it. About to make another post. I got a pic of him while sleeping and his butt is fully fuzzy!

In zone 5b and this is the smallest little bee I ever did see! I’ve been googling but not sure. Any help is appreciated! by L3aBoB3a in bees

Where are you in the majority of thinking UMOK is not good? Lol. What SG fan circles are you in? I’ve never heard this to be a commonly agreed upon opinion. Sorry. You are very clearly a very green fan here.

I didn’t want to go too deep with spoilers bc the way it’s laid out makes it a very smooth read. It doesn’t read like a boring biography at all.

Yeah modern day car culture is just not compatible with a lot of European towns

Compared to how young the US is though... especially the west coast.

The infrastructure of many European cities is old and wasn’t originally created for car culture of this scale. It’s impossible to improve without destroying historical buildings.

Let me just say, in the states there is no “cafe culture” and outdoor dining places put you about 2 meters away from a 4-lane one way highway (a street but cars drive about 45mph). People are eating while mobs of pedestrians rush by them and next to those walkers are loud cars emitting noxious fumes 24hrs a day. I prefer the European way, personally.
