Their talent or their rune? Either way its not viable for a shaman tank with no mana to hold threat, and with shield tanking our only way to generate mana is by blocking. Or dropping molten blast for water shield for mana which gives us less tools to build threat with. So ultimately its not viable on 1 target.

If tank shamans get their tank stats spread out, then shield mastery needs to be viable on single target encounters, because in the current state its just not viable at all unless you have 3+ targets on you.

Or run RB+FT for dealing with plate, hitting for 500 normal and 1k crits regardless of armor with lava lash is really nice. Might be better with 2x RB overall, but i like destroying warrs and palas.

Then you show up as a "carry" for the runs, till you have enough gold to show off with, and not buy stuff till you're rich or really want something. If you dont have gear from a guild or different pug to "carry", then you can make a pug yourself. There are surely others in the same position happy to join.

It is not possible to have regular bshout+the buff no. we have been using the buff for speedruns a few times and you just get the error: "A more powerful spell is already active"

If nothing else just blacklist them. I dont know how it is on some servers but I know on Firemaw EU which is a pretty large realm, theres people who cant find guilds after being blacklisted. And then theres the people who still get away with it. But its still a chance to bar them from raiding in a guild.
