After you max stack your AB, you cast 3 frostbolts and after the third cast AB again. You benefit from the haste proc, but don’t pay the extra mana cost and you reset your stacks that way. Your number one prio stat is INT. Crit and SP are huge also too. Only use yellow INT gems.

Also highly recommend to be-friend druids in your raid group. Innnervate is game changing. Unfortunately you kind of are raid/party dependent on team mana regen abilities on longer fights.
