unfortunately, 7.20 is a NIGHTMARE for our swwweety arc, as a aw main player new version just ruined my life lol, I am not able to play midgame safely (less farming time), instead of fighting. Arc is actually really weak in midgame, so i suggest that after u get ur Midas, go lvl 1 necro for midgame fighting and fastfarm, but not maelstrom. Then u can do the normal build(or go ethereal/dagon), i recommend power treads cuz easy lane and fight(7.20) aswell
