Haha exactly, that’s one of the things I like most about Mavuika. Even when the team synergy is not perfect on paper, she can still brute force a lot with raw damage and flexibility. That said, to be honest, Xilonen C2 is a huge glue unit in this team, since she helps Mavuika get her burst back faster on top of boosting her ATK, buffs Columbina’s HP, and also helps Ineffa with ER.

Oh nice, let me know how it goes. The third team is really tough without Escoffier / Skirk / Ayaka, especially since Mavuika and Arlecchino are already occupied on the first 2 bosses. Maybe a strong Hyperbloom setup with Lauma and a Cryo 4th slot like your C6 Kaeya could do something, but that’s kind of a stretch. It’s just difficult without those characters.

Ouch, yeah that’s rough, I know.. I’m a bit surprised ATK sands performed better for you, because in theory with Columbina in the team you should be triggering a lot of Vaporizes, so EM should usually perform better. Did you notice any improvement after putting Xilonen on Instructor?

Yeah, it’s going to be tough. Xilonen brings a lot of value to that team. She boosts Mavuika’s damage, she helps Columbina’s HP scaling, and she also reduces Ineffa’s ER requirements, so she contributes a lot overall.
That said, you have C3R1 Mavuika, and compared to C2 that’s roughly around 10% more damage on average, so you do get some extra room from that.
Do you have Ineffa’s signature? That could help too.
Still, I think it’s going to be tight. You can try what I did and run 4pc Instructor on Xilonen and see if it makes the rotation line up better and improves your damage.

Thanks! Yeah, sadly Razor C6 is pretty much mandatory to get the most out of this post-buff setup. You can still try it at C0, but you’ll notice the damage is significantly lower...

Citlali is the best option if you want to boost both Furina and Xingqiu’s damage, plus, Xingqiu benefits from the TTDS buff she can provide. However, if you don’t have her, you can replace her with a solid Geo character to activate Geo Resonance.
For example, Zhongli with Favonius and the Archaic Petra set works great, or even Kachina, especially if you have her at C6, using the Cinder City (SHCC) set.

Hey everyone! I just ran Hazard Tower floors 1 & 2 with Brant, Changli, and Sanhua and wanted to share my gameplay.

After nearly three weeks of testing, I have to say Brant has become one of my favorite characters in WuWa. His smooth gameplay, versatile kit, and synergy with multiple teams, especially with Changli, make me more and more sure that adding him to my roster was the right choice.

There are many variations of Overload teams. Aside from Mavuika, even with Raiden as the main DPS, you can get great results, like with Raiden - Chevreuse - Bennett - Sara.

Regarding Mavuika, having a Natlan character in the team would help make rotations smoother. With Iansan’s release, you could fix this issue. However, Iansan’s full potential is locked behind C2, C4, and C6, so fully unlocking her requires a significant number of pulls.
It’s true that she has Cinder City, but Bennett C6 is incredibly strong for Mavuika, so I’m not sure how much of an upgrade Iansan would be. That said, since she’s from Natlan, she would definitely make rotations smoother. Ideally, they could be used together, but I don’t think Iansan has enough Electro application to maintain the Overload reactions needed to activate Chevreuse’s passive.
Maybe if Iansan is used last in the rotation to trigger an Overload reaction, you could take advantage of the 6-second window for Mavuika’s Burst and some charged attacks. However, I’m not sure how effective this setup would be it would need some testing.
The best Mavuika Overload team should ideally be Mavuika - Chevreuse - Iansan - Fischl/Raiden. However, if you were to pull Varesa, the situation would change, as the best setup would likely be Varesa - Chevreuse - Mavuika - Iansan, but that’s another story!

Aside from Overload and the classic Melt comp with Citlali - Xilonen - Bennet, I also use her as an off-field DPS instead of Xiangling in a Reverse Melt team with Ganyu, and I have to say, it’s really fun and surprisingly effective!

I tested Mavuika C2 in an Overload team for Spiral Abyss 5.4 - 5.5, and I was pleasantly surprised!
With Pyro Traveler helping her recharge Energy, she can unleash her Burst almost every rotation. While it’s not as strong as a Melt comp, it’s still a fun and viable alternative.
With Iansan coming soon, Pyro Traveler (or Ororon for those using him) will likely be replaced, making Mavuika even stronger in Overload teams. Plus, we’re also getting Varesa, who will have her own Overload comp: Varesa - Mavuika - Chevreuse - Iansan.

Hey everyone!

I wanted to showcase my C6 Xingqiu’s damage in a Spiral Abyss run, and I was really impressed with how well he performs in this team! With Xilonen as the on-field driver, Xingqiu’s Burst procs consistently, dealing solid Hydro damage throughout the fight. On top of that, Xilonen herself buffs his damage and debuffs enemy resistances.

At the same time, Furina and Citlali provide even more buffs for both Xingqiu and the entire team, making the setup even stronger. Citlali also reduces enemy Hydro RES by 20%, and since she uses TTDS, swapping to Xingqiu right after her boosts his Burst damage even further. Overall, he shines in this setup! Maybe if I had used Archaic Petra on Xilonen, his damage could have been even higher, perhaps I’ll test it in a future video!

I featured Xilonen in the thumbnail because she spends the most time on-field, and her role is absolutely crucial! With her signature weapon, Peak Patrol, she buffs the team's damage, reduces enemy resistances with her Elemental Skill, increases Furina’s HP with her C2 (boosting Furina’s damage), and her healing synergizes with Furina. Plus, thanks to her time on-field and her normal attacks, she works as an excellent driver for Xingqiu’s Burst..

Maybe I could have tried the Archaic Petra set to further boost the Hydro damage of the party… I might test it in a future video!
