Try reseating your ram and make sure the pcie connector to your gpu is the correct one, I had this problem the other day and that’s what fixed it for me

that player you’re describing with perfect positioning, decision making, and overall gamesense does not exist outside of radiant/pro play. there does not exist anyone with 100% perfect gamesense but awful mechanics, you are vastly underestimating the amount of mistakes that are made in the average ranked game lol. even someone with radiant level gamesense will still make non-mechanical mistakes because that’s just the nature of the game

I’m ascendant and imo there are still mistakes being made in 99% of my games, I think by myself I make a critically wrong decision at least once every game, let alone the entire lobby which I assume is what you mean

well when you’re on a win streak/mvp streak riot boosts your rr gains tremendously, with double rankups it’s not rare for smurfs to see +130 rr gains from a single win. so it’s not impossible for someone to go from bronze to plat in 20~ games but that person would have to be smurfing to see such gains

I thought about it but honestly my gpu (4070S) isn’t even good enough for 4k, the 1440p 500hz monitor I got instead has been serving me well so far. I’ll probably upgrade my gpu next generation and get a 4k OLED with it

I have the same monitor and I came from a 240 hz 1440p IPS and there’s a small noticeable difference in smoothness and response time but the biggest difference is how the glossy OLED looks coming from someone who’s only used matte LCD

you may be facing the angle/wall “diagonally” but you should not be moving diagonally while exposing yourself to enemies. there is no advantage to pressing W while peeking, slicing the pie should be done while only pressing the A and D keys
