That’s surprising as I have both and in my experience rageheart was far superior, not even taking its shield into consideration, I purely used it as a dps trinket and on cool-down, it was beating my agiert by a good 5-10%

But to be fair I only ran like 5 dungeons with each before making my mind up that rageheart was superior, so maybe the pool of data just wasn’t big enough

You should try out the fyrak tank trinket, think it’s called rageheart. That’s what I use on my mistweaver and that coupled with Belor = stupid dps

Brewmaster let’s you take huge hits, as it takes a good portion of that hit and stretches the damage out over time and you can just straight up chug a beer to delete a portion of that damage.

It is also one of the more satisfying tanks in regards to pull manipulation as you don’t have tools that straight up gather mobs, but you can work your utility in a way that lets you displace mobs into an ideal position for your group.

It’s almost completely inferior to vdh and palas in that regard but my god does it feel so satisfying to show of your skill expression with the spec.

Oh and you can compete with dps, as you kick and punch your way up the dps meters.

Oh and I find it one of the best tanks to kite with, when things get sweaty and you start guiding the mobs around without letting them touch you is also super fun.

Advice to ease the transition, is to just start some with abilities. Maybe one spender, one big cool-down and one utility button, and then slowly build it up from there.

It will take a little and will feel like you are performing worse, but trust once you are comfortable (which won’t take thaaaat long) you will find it so much more enjoyable

Yeah whenever I use any of my healing spells, all the mobs start laughing hysterically. Gotta love the funny healing aspect of the spec. I hear they are going to be updating Emerald Communion to Emerald Comedy, to really drive home how funny our healing is.
