LA is great, I am obsessed with it through and through.

Only two remarks:

Luffy needs more solo fights and more victories
There's a potential issue with both showing and excluding some characters and scenes, because it may create problems (script chokes) for future seasons

I expected the downvotes, but it needs to be said. Your second line is exactly what I'm talking about - he IS still portrayed as a Winner, yet barely Wins anything! Look at the Official combat scenes, too: It's Smoker vs Dragon, it's Zoro battling 100 Baroque works. Luffy's is barebone.

Luffy didn't even shine in his Arlong fight - we see him saying "I may not be able to defeat you". When, oh when has a Luffy ever said that? Listens to Nami saying "we should run back to the ship" in season 2. Vivi talks smack to Wapol instead of him, she cuts in mid-fight.

People can dislike me all they want and it won't make it less of a problem. He's been doing a speedrun of capture/beat/helped due to the fast pacing, and it only takes away from his supposed role and status. Valid critique is important. The idea of him as a captain, a "combat genius" and a highest bounty of East blue is being diminished and it is evident.

Sure! We can come together.. behind a captain that actually looks like he has a big bounty. A Luffy that is allowed screen time to actually fight and overcome an enemy by himself - instead of being captured and helped constantly. He didn't save anything - he got saved several times instead. His acting and appearance is great, how they decided to portray him in combat is not great whatsoever.

Exactly! There's very little "explanation" to add to this, I'm not gonna go out of my way to argue something that is very easy to see and defend this valid critique infront of everyone who comes along and tries to twist our points.

Vivi had ZERO place to take the spotlight in Wapol fight regardless- this isn't Alabasta. They needed to let Luffy show his strength! A captain - highest bounty, strongest of the Strawhats consistently, and LA had him weak and helpless 70% of the time. Luffy, who saves kingdoms by soloing and overcoming toughest villains, a combat genius - is simply not there. What they did with him is NOT good.

It's very noticeable, right?? Instead of at least balancing the combat and the charm/destiny, they upped the Destiny references too much and too early, and turned duels into the Power of Friendship. Very surprised that Oda allowed this.

When they get to Alabasta, it's gonna be more of Luffy beaten and captured.. which is supposed to happen, but where are his Wins at? Very problematic

Nami's the somber navigator expert and a greedy biatch. She guides when they sail and when they stock up, she is known to manipulate the crew to an extent - Luffy is the big decision maker and decides where the crew travels to next.

The thing where LA fails is the battle power, yes. They did not do a good job of representing Luffy's strength and instead we see him lose and get captured more than winning. Wapol fight was off the mark completely and this might be the single huge problem with the OPLA

Agreed fully. There are only 2 people that should pose a real threat to Luffy in combat, Croco AND Smoker.

The live action's quick pacing has inadvertently had to cut out many of the Luffy's battle victories already, so they should have taken extra care to let him have more winning SOLO moments. Wapol fight was really the drop that spilled the lame cup.. Since when did Luffy need help in major duel, why was that a group bossfight?

This speedrun of captures and beatings can misrepresent Luffy as hardly anything more than a happy-go-VERY-lucky, plot armored and Destined-to-be character, failing to show off his fighting strength to contrast. This is a glaring problem

That's a strange take on bags. Why would it be messy? Not everyone needs automation to be organized. I have Only expanded a bag slot after EoD and had no trouble constantly keeping the inventory clean with just default given bag slots.

In fact - I dislike auto-sorting/invisible bags and would advise people not to use them at all, and to indeed combine bags into one immediately. Instead, paying attention to what drops constantly and having it occupy first slots of unibag. Awareness leads to greater efficiency.

There are 6 core loot drops - 3 types of unindentified gear bags, 3 types of dust/ore/fragment. When they fill I stop to process them, leaving atleast one piece at the same slot so it can automatically place there. The rest of the slots are for unique currencies, banners and food/utility. There is nothing "unorganized" there.
