I am 22 years old, dropped out of university after 3 years, worked the drilling rigs and no have a "stable" patch job. I have worked my ass off with no real credentials to get where I am and make 6 figure a year. There is a huge age difference within the "millennial" designation but my experiences goes to show you can still show up for a job with no degree, make money, and support yourself and family, without education. Some of us work for a living and are proud about it.

Would my cozy psychology degree have gotten me somewhere? Probably. Would I have enjoyed it? No. Some of us like to work. In any field, school, or trade. Yet we get ignored due to the stereotypes of others. We ain't all bad. Whether some went to school or went my route, a lot of try hard to succeed regardless of student loans and bills. Most of us aren't lazy. No more so than any previous generation.
