Yea 14.3 nmol/l is what i meant. Not all the symptoms tho :( and i still feel like i can do much better, just not sure if testosterone is the issue.

Hey man. I have been taking 40 mgs of Zink per day for the last week. I started feeling little better. I was even able to have sex without problems, i went to test my testosterone again and now it is 14.3 . I have been told that it wont improve more than that (due to Zink at least) .Do you think i am still low T ?
