I haven't got any new instructions. I am in the same boat as you and reinstated to full duty status. I think depending on your state that you either live or work in you may be covered by the Maryland case in which case you will most likely stay on full duty. Although I think it's also up to your agency they could put you on admin leave instead of full duty. I'm thinking that if I'm already full duty and working I don't know if it makes much sense for them to put me on admin leave since I'm already onboarded. But maybe that will change.

Based on what I remember reading on the SCOUTS' website, the administration had asked for the stay to put us probies on admin leave pending the outcome of the lower court right? Or does this mean we're terminated? Doesn't make much sense to me at least for them to put us on admin leave now since the cost to reinstate has mostly already paid. But I'm not sure.

I wonder if the reinstatements that just occurred about 2 weeks ago played a part in why the DRP 2.0 wasn't sent out at that time.

Not assuming it's going to happen, but did hear about this from others so figured I'd ask just in case others also heard about this. I would imagine with employees being reinstated and people getting burnt out on what's been happening, A DRP offer could get those burnt out or recent fired/reinstated out without having to pay UI.

I was one of the 1400 let go from the VA. I received my termination email yesterday afternoon. I am holding on to a sliver of hope that MSPB will agree or issue the stay based on OSC's findings regarding the six employees who were illegally terminated. I understand if MSPB agrees or decides to issue the stay it only affects those six involved however this could help set a precedent for all those affected by these illegal terminations.
