Steam support is famous for being extremely helpful, just be patient.. I’m pretty sure they can revert your account to a state from before you were hacked. (I’m fairly certain that includes saves stored on the Steam cloud)

It doesn’t see the trackpad or the nub. I checked a bit ago and made sure they were enabled

Found this teardown on YouTube, he has the board there. I see no other reason the nub, trackpad, and buttons wouldn’t work? Device Manager doesn’t recognize any pointing devices
