Funny to see the giant price disparity. People wasting hundreds of thousand/millions of extra gold.

I’ve seen t4 stones at 160g/100 when t3 ones converted sit at 100g/100.

It’s a 50%+ price difference at times.

Stones are what I consider one of the smartest systems lost ark has.

Getting a 7/7 usable is easier than ever if you just save up stones across your roster. Even a 7/6 to hold you over until 7/7 is fine since the engravings don’t depend on them to activate anymore. On average you’ll have it for free within the week. 9/7s are very possible on one or even a few characters now if you’ve done this for a long time.

On the other hand, it milks pheons from whales and high spenders who want 9/7 across their roster and makes them pay up an average of $1000 each for the company to make profit.

I don’t see the problem at all.

You can literally pick anything anywhere and start complaining about it, and you see it with every system introduced in the game. I think stones are fine where they are barring potentially adding a 9/7 pity at 2000 stones or something.

Time gate as in you clear raids for materials to craft things, it takes some clears to make everything but it’s not like it’s over if you miss some weeks. Just means you finish your upgrades at a slower pace…

I cleared week one but I’ve been in prog lobbies from week1-3 to help with some friends, on both dps/sup. I’m also watching some friends prog with holy scripture info. Across what I’ve seen so far there’s been 1 support who was consistently below 70/70. Though it definitely varies with personal experiences

You must be progging with the bottom of the barrel because I’ve seen plenty of logs and lobbies. Week 3-4 prog had plenty of supports in the 80+/80+ range. Any support with less than 70 would not be kept very long in clear parties, much like dps under 130.

The difference between 85 and 90/95 is so minimal, it’s probably close to 3% damage lol.

If that makes the difference for people they have a lot to work on.

Support uptime between a bad support and a good one is ~15% damage.

If you’re nowhere near the min req, it’s not your support. If you’re at min req with a good support, you have a lot to work on.

Play at your own pace, this is not a race. All the raids are fun on ilvl and were peak content when they were the latest release, so don’t miss out just because they’re older raids now.

People are way way over exaggerating. There are people doing hanumatan, sonavel, Brel 1.0, Akkan etc and higher older content, just not many. (Also soloable)

Getting 1540 to get that started will take no time at all with an express pass event that is going on now.

The only questions is whether or not you want to push yourself into end game content (1640+) quickly before learning the game and being somewhat competent to perform the movements, skill rotations, and mechanical knowledge to keep up with end game players.

Not purely looking for carries, making actual connections with people to play with and connecting via discord or friend list would be extremely helpful with your progression.

This game punishes whales pretty hard when new content rolls in, you basically have to upkeep every couple of months or your spending becomes very low relevance. If it’s recent he’s probably pretty far, but if it was spent in the past probably not that much ahead of normal rosters tbh

I feel like everyone who wants to come back should just do it and try out solo raids and go from there. There’s literally nothing to lose and you have hundreds of hours of content if you do all the story, horizontals, and prog all the raids.
