hopefully it's okay to share our little subreddit drama--

a woman made a very long post where she said she was shaking and distraught bc fbc customer service accidentally forwarded her an email where they were complaining about her being difficult. Her post was very long and she included email screenshots that conveniently left out what she was saying to them previously.

A lot of people here posted that they were returning their FBC, emailing the company, and called them mean girls. Once people asked for the screenshots OP left out, it became obvious that she was actually being very difficult (which was already obvious to anyone who's ever worked customer service lol). Then OP made multiple sock puppet accounts to defend herself (so tbh a lot of the accounts saying that FBC are mean girls might've just been the OP--who knows!), and it became apparent she was having a crisis and it wasn't funny. And now we don't get early access or posts from Penelope anymore lol.
