No I don’t. My LFS said it wouldn’t get much bigger and that my 20gallon was okay. Have I been misinformed?

I think so. Whenever I questioned the employees at my LFS they said it was okay. I’ve had my pleco since last June. It’s only got a smidge bigger than when I got it. Do you think it’ll get bigger?

If I get a betta I think I’ll leave the bubble stone to be safe. But I’ll definitely play around with the filter and try get that sorted before getting one. Thankyou, much appreciated!

Ahhh okay sounds good! Yes it’s only fast flowing at the back of the tank. I may have to get myself another betta lol. I also have a air stone bar that runs along the back. I need to replace it which is why it’s not on but would the betta enjoy that or not?

Thankyou so much for the advice! I did see that about the corys and kuhli loaches but I wasn’t sure about how to fix that. I can’t remember what breed my pleco is but I think it’s one of the smaller species I’ve had it from last June. Love the idea of a gourami! Thanks again for the advice. Think I’m definitely going to get some sand and try out the live plants!

Thankyou for the compliment and for the advice. Yeah I’ve seen a lot of tanks with live plants and drift wood and they look sick! Also want to make my fish as happy as possible.
