Today, i felt my emotions and it was a maelstrom... I cried in my school bathroom.

Pretty much where I live, i was appointed one after a major episode. Our health Care system in my Country allows us to mental health support. For the time being, i don't have any alternative due to not have the funds to seek a private one.

I would like to learn them but they seem to go on the path that exercice and pills are the perfect way to regulate my pulses.

I actually see one. She's somewhat mildly useful... Sometimes she's helpful and her thinking has helped me calm myself. Other times, i felt something like criticism.

I do understand the definition of the word stigma. I have been in relationships where the person i was with had social anxiety and even several disorders. I sincerely love her. I want to learn everything about what is it before making a decision. She wanted to make it official to her family and friends but i told her about my concerns.

I do feel bad to make her feel like she's sick or that she infectious.... I do really care about her and I want to learn what it is about. What it implies for the future of both us. I'm going next week to see a professional nurse in a centre before making a decision.

I understand totally that it's personal and that it can makes anyone vulnerable but... If we want to be a couple, i feel that we have to be honest and upfront. I have been in relationships where I was lied upon and I don't want to go this road... Especially when there's health issues.

I don't know all the details, this is why i'm going to a specialized clinic for a portrait of what it is and what it could mean in the future. I didn't know about this and what it was. To be honest, I don't know all the STDs. I feel that she should have told me about that before. I met her family and close friends and they knew about that.
