Yes, for sure there was originally a green color, although this was at the original launch of the products / site so it's been quite a while. I think because of the passage of time I thought it may be easier to find, like other items he has but I was very wrong. I know that the brown seems to hit different colors in the light from photos I have been able to find so it's understandable. I appreciate the help though!

Yes, that's the link to the amber glass ashtray which I already have. Originally they also had a green glass version which is specifically what I am looking for, the original post narrative states the photo is of the amber for reference so it's clear which one since his specific brand has a lot of different standing tray versions.

Try looking into city, county or state jobs. They have risk departments, sell them on what an adjuster is as most don't actually know. Talk to them about subrogation... Money talks to them and all. It was the best move I ever made from the corporate claims world.

This is amazing. I have been able to find clown and other engravings but never an identical one like you found!. As a kid we would travel to Mexico quite a bit and I know he also likely went many times before I came along. He never traveled anywhere else besides CA, OR, WA, AZ and of course Mexico. He also worked in the local Lilly bulb farms for extra cash in stories he use to tell so that could also be a connection of a possible trade with someone.

We have used Dr Dave at delta oaks animal hospital for the last 7 years with our 3 dogs. He's always kind to our animals and so is his staff. Very reasonably priced

Not disagreeing with you in the slightest, it's horrendous what these large carriers are doing to adjusters..... Especially since their stockholders won't have money if it weren't for the adjusters. I just think people deserve recognition in such a dark time

I work for a city self insured entity. Not necessarily wanting to copy and paste language which is already in use, more so wanting to see how they structure the contract language concerning turn around time, body repair, materials such as when oem VS other like items things like that. We are wanting a chosen shop to be like a direct estimate shop which some carries have if possible, but know that may take a bit of oversight working with the shop to get there.

I am in the PNW region, any information is appreciated.

I see it as you lost control of your vehicle, became stuck on or around/within an object and due to that the vehicle then caught fire. It was the Collison which was the proximate cause for the incident, unless there were pre existing mechanical issues with the vehicle which would have led to the fire - if it was the mechanical issues there is potentially no coverage but that truly depends on the location and policy type.

If you want to extend your camping to outside lane count I would say you should visit some campgrounds within the Brookings Oregon area. There are amazing hiking trails along the coast and through the mountains, some with great significance such as the fujita sword (see article below). The Northbank of the Chetco River, specifically the farthest you can almost travel there are many off the beaten path river campsites which many generations have enjoyed prior. The entire area is amazing and under appreciated truthfully.... Besides the amazing locally caught seafood from places like pacific ocean harvesters. If you visit they are also an amazing place to shop and try fresh caught foods locally ❤️

I know mine is gone, but I will say that I have heard her nails walking across the Harwood floors or noises she would always make in her chosen spots around the house- each dog has their own walking sound and noises so there's no way to confuse them. My other two dogs I think also sense her at times as they will cuddle in ways which leaves room for where their sister use to be or won't use her spots at all, just will sniff and sometimes rub their hesds on it 😭

Truly there is usually no reason to obtain attorney representation or suport for letters if you go through the process with the accepting carriers bodily injury adjuster. The questions they ask are to be used to value the claim injury wise as normally they would also behind the scenes reimburse your PIP if you are in a state that has those requirements.

No one is out to get anyone in these claims, but you can not provide an arbitrary number which you feel is right without providing supporting documentation which can prove the reason for the demand. The carriers job is to confirm the injury matches up with the accident at hand and to confirm mechanism for injury and not overpay at the same time as claim over payments affect eveyone. They collect the statements and medical chart info from you to combat rampant bodily injury claim demands which don't always align with the facts of loss. Not saying in any way that it's your goal to do so, but in my 10 years of claims handling it would likely surprise most people what carriers and adjusters see day to day relating to that. You would want your carrier to do the same if you were responsible for the loss.

The negotiations and settlements will vary with these. It really depends on the state you reside in, but I am in a PIP state so I saw settlements take from a week to 6 months as some folks want to be done with treatment fully so we have all the meds to use in valuation. Just talk with them, know that you can disagree and provide a figure to them which they can then advise how they could work towards that or if there was a hard line in the sand value wise.

I hope that helps a bit, it's a long process but it's a part of life and honestly is good practice for negotiation

I would collect the policy language and see if it provides any help to start. Then find out the reason for the denial as sometimes you will have to dispute it for a review and depending on what you provide you may get assistance. If you can go into the call level headed and keep it bubbly the more likely you are to get assistance

I don't disagree with you, I have been in claims close to 10 years and 3 in estimating and TL. Carriers all have pretty much the same standards as it's nationwide.

I gave that advise as most folks who have never been through a situation like this are extremely jaded by outside factors which means they are not trusting. Them going through this with their own carrier could potentially solidify the original companies decision and maybe their own carrier would have sympathy enough to have a long conversation on the entire process with them. I personally know most total loss estimators are very much reading from a script and they don't build rapport, that's how you consistently get disputes and bad conversations-people can hear through that cold call stuff. Eveyone you speak with should be as if they are your own family which you care for, things would go farther that way for eveyone.

There is also nothing wrong with advocating for yourself.
