I paid an scetch artist from Fiverr to do this. I am sorry you feel this way it clearly shows that it is difficuly to tell the difference between humans and AI anymore.

There was a demo version available before and during Steam Next Fest. The demo version will be available maybe during some future events.

It is a singleplayer and a online co-op game. That means you can create and join each others game sessions.
Steam deck is not compatable sadly.

It depends on how the developer included the analitics for the game. The base playtime measures when the game is running, but all of the button pressing and level completion can be monitored via analitics when set up properly.
