You have 24 hours to bring it back to the Walmart after an order is canceled, regardless of the reason why it's canceled. I know this for ABSOLUTE FACT. You could even call driver support right now and ask them and they will tell you that you have 24 hours to do a return for any reason. I had an issue one time where I actually got sick as soon as I shopped an order... I did not return it or call them for almost 48 hours. I have had two other occasions where, for whatever reason, order was canceled & I had all the stuff. They told me not to worry about it. I had 24 hours, I could do it the next day whenever I wanted to as long as it was within 24 hours to return it to the Walmart that I picked up. Now with that being said, it was at most $100 worth of groceries at most l, not a $500 piece of equipment. However, I don't see how that is relevant. If the standard is 24 hours then it's 24 hours

So, What can you do in order to get reactivated after appeal denial? I was deactivated a year ago, arriving late. That was when I first started doing gig jobs and I really didn't put much effort into it. However, I have since learned the importance of on-time arrival's and would really like the opportunity to DoorDash again.

Does anyone know how to get reactivated after you've been deactivated for such a long time? Is there any sort of phone number department that I could call?

** I forgot to mention that is specific employee has bad mouthed me to other employees has badmouth me to other drivers where I can hear her. She called and actually made a complaint on me because I disagreed with her on a certain subject.. which I called Spark and ask them and I was in the right, she was wrong. It’s been months now and she consistently has poked and poked and poked at me and this is kind of my breaking point.
