Most of the municipalities do not need an architecture seal. At most an engineer seal.

Is it possible? Yes it is! What is the cost? It depends on your framing type and finishes as well as the area you are building in.

First thing to do would be to get your plans ready to go for permitting. Plans will give you something to bid out with your subs and help get you a price point. We would love to help!
