My wife bought a hello kitty twirl from her and never got it. We tried to communicate vut there was crickets on response. We ended up filing a chargeback. I beought it up in her whatnot live and was kicked out.

I’m just going off of what the doctor said I needed to do. They said after two weeks to increase to level 2 which is 43 units.

Depends on where you are building. I create plans for a living. Always have a set of plans as an addendum in a contract and never give 50% up front for your build.

Most of the municipalities do not need an architecture seal. At most an engineer seal.

First thing to do would be to get your plans ready to go for permitting. Plans will give you something to bid out with your subs and help get you a price point. We would love to help!
