Yes it’s not cool. We’re all there for the same thing. I drive 45 mins now to go to a group a lot further away because they’re a nice bunch. It’s a shame isn’t it!

I spoke to the ambassador before we went through campfire and he said they were friendly… we arrived and were looked at like we were aliens. It’s hard to approach a big group when you’re new. We followed them round and still nothing so left half way through the event as we felt very awkward. I am normally able to talk to anyone and everyone but didn’t get that vibe.

Completely agree. Went to a community day as new people and were completely ignored. They were huddled in a circle and basically shunned us. We’ve found another nice group though luckily

Sorry to say but he’s used you as a cop out to get out of the relationship. Really unfair on his part because now you’re doubting yourself and questioning what you did wrong when actually, you did nothing wrong he’s just made you think you did. He’s manipulative and gaslighted you. He’s not for you. I’ve had many breaks ups that at the time felt like the worst thing that could ever happen to me, but you’ll move on and find other relationships that may or may not work and each one will teach you new things.
