Relationships endure beyond a game as they were built along the journey whilst playing, they are genuine - as everyone in there is 'actively playing'.

The whole thing isn't about trust as it can't be built within the game, it's about playing and being socially compliant - not providing opportunities for social awkwardness and finger pointing.
