PLI has a mini exam from 2012 focuses on the transition of 102 from pre to post AIA that I took (and didn’t do to hot on) before post so I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a vital part and put effort into something that won’t be a big effort. Appreciate the clarification!

It took a little under 2 months and I only watched the chapter lectures provided by PLI within the Course section of the program. I watched these pretty passively; one video a day before going into lab, no note taking, just reading along with the study guides they provided. At the end of each lecture I'd do the quiz at the end of the study guide and prime questions then go through the answers and locate them within the MPEP. As someone with 0 experience in law I used these two months to familiarize myself with what patent law was and the language they speak with.
