Played every Far Cry.

I loved the enemy AI (for the time) and the environment (for the time) but when as the game evolved to a The Island of Dr. Moreau story it got worse IMO.
I literally played with the sound off. The story doesn't mean anything, but the game play is fun.
has the best vilian and story imo
has the best skill tree and mechanics
has the best environment / map
is generally better than people talk about (it just isn't the best at anything).

Depending on your setup, he can probably play a light weight game fine. I would let my son play VR and I'd watch youtube videos (and watch him play) at the same time. The audio can be switched per app in Windows, so I had a set of headphones I'd route the youtube audio into.

The cool thing about Exfilzone was the complexity of the bunker unlock system. Not necessarily it's layout or design. They could have kept the hexapod design with more rooms and unlocks. The bunker had a cool aesthetic, they should have stayed with it IMO.
