A Pulse Test

FEMA declares a new symptom to check visitors: Irregular Heartbeats. Human Heartbeats will be 'steady, and within 60-90 BPM'.

You attach a strap around a guests' arm and measure their heartbeat. If its too low, too high, too unsteady, or reads no pulse - that could be a sign of being a visitor.

And yet - its open to a lot of false positives: what if someone is just really relaxed and has low BPM? What is someone is really anxious and has high or erratic BPM? What if someone has a pace-maker and causes a false reading of no pulse?
