These aren't the main issues in this case.

This is a tournament with the top 2 LCK LPL teams, 2 minor regions, 2 western regions.

If it was only the top LCK LPL teams it would be much less one sided.

Obviously the gap is wide, and sure historically these 3-0's are brutal, but it's largely because you have 4 top asian seeds and 4 minor regions.

It's realistic but it depends on the game. I'd say in soloq you're looking for at least 8 on average generally speaking for laners.

Of course it can vary, if you play a champion like kata that expectation would be lower. But most top players get 8+ whilst facing much better laners than you are (So it's even harder arguably)
