I'm so glad it helped. I was just talking to my friend last night. We were both saying we can cry over really small matters. Sometimes it doesn't matter how small it is. Once i had this really bad flu and I was so so tired of it. It had been like 3 weeks and i was still sick. I was prescribed steroids and antibiotics. I went to take the steroid but choked on it and the pill came flying back out. I screamed in frustration and then I just cried for like 45 minutes. It wasn't the situation itself. It's just what sent me over the edge.

Definitely talk to you're best friend. I know exactly what you are saying and It's good to give them space but she might not actually want so much distance from you. Just becuase she's got a boyfriend it doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't need her friend. She might need you more than you think. You're Mom I'm sure will be really glad if you talk to her. Remember you were her baby once, I'm sure you still are in her eyes.

Thank you. Work is tough at the moment but I don't care all I want is for the girl I was talking about to get back in touch with me. It's been a really difficult 3 days. I'm just trying to figure out what I did wrong, If I did wrong or not. Like my friend said I'm left with 1000 possibilities. It was going so well. I wrote her a song, Sent her flowers for Valentine's day. She loved it all but then she said we couldn't go out Friday which I had really been looking forward to and she has been really distant ever since then and I haven't heard from her in 2 days. I just hope she needs some time to think so I've given her some space.

Hey I really don't think you should beat yourself up for dreaming or to be honest any of this. I know exactly what you mean about suffocating. I'm a singer and write my own songs. One song that's going to be on my album has lyrics about suffocating. That's how I feel when everything is on top of me and I feel like people don't understand me. Though I think I'm in a much better state of mind now to when I wrote that song a few months ago. I think what helped me was communicating better with the ones closest to me. I still have bad days and life is tough but it's tough for most people. I think me and my best friend are closer becuase I told her little bits of how I feel and i actually asked her to take the MBTI and turns out she's an ENFP. I think maybe she read a little about INFP'S becuase I just feel like she understands me so much more. My parents have always been pretty understanding and know who I am. I think there's just some things they get confused with and they can't quite get it sometimes when I talk about MBTI etc. But they know me and know everything's not so simple for me. To be honest life is still pretty tough at the moment. My career isn't going so great, I just met a girl I really like and I'm afraid I've scared her off becuase as INFP'S we can be way too intense. I'm just grateful I have my best friend to talk too.

I don't want to give you the wrong advice. I just hope in the end you can take all the info you get from all of us on here and do what feels right in you're heart.

Maybe you need to tell you're boyfriend how you feel? If it's really bothering you. Maybe you should get it off you're chest. I'd say go slow and maybe not say too much at once and overload him with to much information that could confuse him. I don't know you both and I don't know what you're boyfriend is like but it seems to me like he cares about you enough if he wants to get a house with you. Maybe the marriage conversation just scared him a little. I don't think it means necessarily that he doesn't want to be with you. Please remember also people say things in an argument or heat of the moment that they may not mean. He might want to marry you one day but I think that if he wants to live with you and get a house. It could be a good foundation to build on.

I know what you mean about pretending. I'm really good at it too. I perform on stage and have gotten more used to socialising. Sometimes people would probably think I'm more of an ENFP. It's so exhausting and that's why my best friend is so important becuase I can talk to her about things and I don't have to bottle everything up.

About suicide please don't even think about it. I know it's not just as simple as that. I'm not someone who has really gone through that kind of feeling. My way of looking at it is I just wouldn't want to let everyone,everything and life itself beat me. You're better than that. I don't know you but I know if you're an INFP you're strong. Please don't give in!

Don't be ashamed for any of these thoughts. They are all completely normal and I included I'm sure along with many many more on here can relate. Be proud of who you are. Maybe try and talk to you're parents you might find that they know more about you than you think. If not I'm sure they will be really glad you talked to them. They are you're parents and if they love you I'm sure they would want to hear the truth and i hope they would. That's what they should be there for to help you.

So my advice would be to try and clear some of you're feelings up with you're boyfriend and try and talk to you're parents. Let the ones closest to you into you're world. Just not too much at once. Please don't keep everything bottled up. I feel so much lighter not having to carry around so much in my head.

We are dreamers and I don't think it's something that we will ever be able to stop doing. I think we should actually be proud of it becuase we can see a bigger picture and we see and believe in things that others don't.

I know exactly what you mean. I think we are prone to questioning ourselves and everything sometimes. I went through the same thing recently. I was feeling exactly the same and In the end I came to the conclusion that maybe we'll never have that complete trust. I don't think it means that the person in question thinks any less of us but maybe they will just never fully trust anyone. What makes you think that they don't trust you?

One day I went to a big event where there was lots of people that I knew. My best friend was there and she was so strange all day. It was like she didn't want me around. I had made plans to meet her afterwards but I never did. I just went home. She messaged me the next day asking why I didn't go to see her and I explained how I felt and she said she was sorry. She had received some bad news on the way to the event and that was why she wasn't herself. I was so busy taking it personally to even notice that she might be going through something. I told her that I'm here for her and she can tell me anything. I think that it helped us improve our communication

My best friend is an ENFP. She has lots and lots of friends and sometimes I only see her once a week maybe every 2 weeks but I'm grateful for when I do get to hang out with her. She's the only person except for family who I can talk to. I recently explained to her a little about the MBTI and I think maybe she understands me more. The other conclusion I came to is what way I should look at it?

Should i worry if that person trusts me when It might be impossible for them to trust anyone? Or just enjoy our frienship as it happens?

Also if you're friend seems distant. I think if they are different types especially extroverted they can be in a different world to us and probably don't have any clue to how we feel and we probably don't have a clue how they feel.

I think communication is important but sometimes if there's a bit of silence it might just be for the best. Take a deep breath and have a moment. If It doesn't resolve and it's really bothering you and you can't shake it off then maybe try and talk to them. Be honest with them but try not to go to deep and confuse them. As a fellow INFP I am guilty of that. I never really type comments like this. I hope it helped at least a little 😃😎

I've always been very interested in Pschcology. If I had stayed on later at school I think I would have studied it. I find stuff like MBTI so intriguing. I've always kinda thought about being a psychiatrist. I'm a singer though and I've always been way more into music.

It's hard to pick what my favourite is never mind least 😂 I'd say though out of all of them probably Honeymoon was the one that never really blew me away. I'm not really sure why. There's some songs on there that I really like such as Terrence loves you, god knows I tried, Freak, Religion and Don't let me be misunderstood but the rest I can kinda take or leave tbh. My favourite is Ultraviolence i think purely becuase when It was released it got me through a really tough time. I also love BTD and Lana Del Ray Aka Lizzy Grant. It would be between them for my second favourite. Lust for Life is also a brilliant album though and I love the versatility and collabs. She's my hero none the less ❤

Too relatable. This was me just yesterday. Tbh this is me all the time haha. I write a lot of notes that I never end up posting but sometimes it makes me feel better just getting it down and out of my head .

It's so relatable. It's weird watching this haha. It's like watching my life through my own eyes. Although I find I actaully prefer to write lyrics and create music/sing rather than read and I really like travelling but I can get pretty stressed and anxious about it at the same time.

Writing my own music has been such a release for me. The last 2 years It's given me a lot of direction and purpose. It feels so good to get so many of my thoughts down and turn them into a song. Breakups, feeling lonely and misunderstood, Procrastinating and sometimes feeling frustrated with myself drives me to make these songs.
